Golden Hour Records is a record label that I founded in 1995 to document the music my band Glorium was making and the music of my friends' bands during the mid nineties grunge explosion. The label has released over 100 Texas artists since then.
My role for this latest site redesign was Art Director.
Designer was K. Wickliffe.
The new homepage gave users different avenues to dig into the media.
New media was added to the site as sort of a basement level archives.
The new site is responsive to users on mobiles and showcases past releases and social media accounts which send users back to the site.
The jukebox/radio feature offers over a hundred Texas artists that were recorded live by Streckfus.
All past artwork for past releases is featured on the site giving users a glimpse into the 90s punkrock Kinko's DIY aesthetic.
